The Quality Improvement (QI) Assistant will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks as part of the day-to-day operations of the Quality Improvement & Training department. The QI Assistant will assist with the development and administration of department policies and procedures, coordinate aspects of the data collection and entry process, assist with analysis and reporting, and assist with research related to best practice, regulatory standards, and policy/procedure development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages life cycle of employee onboarding for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees and works to ensure the retention of employees;
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently Ability to read, write and speak Spanish is helpful

Education and Experience
Candidates must be pursuing, or have completed, a Bachelor‘s degree.
