National 4-H Conference Center (Center) seeks a dynamic Director of Hotel Group Sales & Marketing to manage sales plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensure Center is competitively positioned within the local marketplace. The Director will be responsible for working closely with senior leadership to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels and is responsible for developing the sales and account management groups into a high-performing team.
