The Program Coordinators create operations plans and deliver program experiences for Carnation Farms. The Coordinator’s management scope includes partnership and division of responsibilities with other Program Department Coordinators. S/he will also have a shared direct supervisory role over a permanent and seasonal team. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that staff, systems, leadership style, structure, and goals are aligned with the organization’s strategic plan. S/he will implement standard operating procedures to ensure operating efficiency and fiscal accountability. S/he must be an energetic, forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards.
