Job Title: Lead Cook/Sous chef

Perform a wide variety of duties as outlined in the Carnation Farms’ Culinary Mission of promoting a sustainable food system that is focused on the use of locally sourced ingredients to create fun and healthy meals for our campers, families, staff, volunteers and donors. This includes, but is not limited to, leading a food preparation and service team consisting of staff and volunteers, meal set-up, service, and cleanup, as well as other tasks assigned by Carnation Farms’ management. This is a part time/full time seasonal position that requires the individual to work a flexible schedule. Considered candidates will have a passion and interest in food, sustainability and nutrition.
