Position Title: Case Manager, Adult
Direct Supervisor: Director of Adult Services

The Center for Community Alternatives (CCA) is a leader in the field of community- based alternatives to incarceration. CCA promotes re-integrative justice and a reduced reliance on incarceration through advocacy, services and public policy development in pursuit of civil and human rights.
Job Summary: Assists Case Managers and other Adult Service staff with making appropriate assessments by identifying, recognizing, and addressing the clinical needs of clients and their families; including but not limited to the need for substance abuse treatment, mental health services, and child welfare issues. Ensures contract compliance and assists in the completion of program reports
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Commitment to and experience in working with youth with diverse cultural backgrounds who are involved, or at risk of involvement, with the criminal/juvenile justice system, HIV/AIDS, or substance abuse. Masters’ degree in social work or related human service field required. Strong written/oral communication, clinical, supervisory and project management skills. Computer literacy (word processing, spread sheet, database, e-mail, internet research) required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
