Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts seeks a team player looking to build a career in nonprofit fundraising. Under the direction of the Development Manager, Annual Fund and Special Events, the Development Operations Associate is responsible for data entry functions, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of donor data, and supporting the expansion of the fund development team’s goals by implementing sustainable processes for fundraising activities of GSEMA, the 10th largest Girl Scout council in the country.
This full-time position will be based in the GSEMA's Boston office.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing, within the organization, and with donors.
Work Environment: This position is office based, but may require some evening and weekend work to support council events and goals.
