Reporting to the Director of Development, you will support the operations of the Development Department and be the lead person in managing our Raiser’s Edge donor database. You will process gifts, enter data and run reports; provide and mail out gift acknowledgments; assist in the preparation and implementation of direct mail, appeals, and e-blasts. In addition, as a member of out three person Development team, you will be involved in other department priorities including communications, donor stewardship, in-kind gifts, product and food drives, and events. This is a great opportunity to use your database expertise to support our operations while broadening your experience and knowledge of other areas of Development.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
You should have a Bachelor’s degree, two to four years of experience in Development, and be knowledgeable in the use of database management tools. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge is strongly preferred. You should be a strong communicator with solid writing skills; have a proven ability to effectively manage your time while handling multiple projects; and an aptitude for analyzing data with a keen attention to detail.
