The part-time Donor Services Coordinator is an entry-level support role for CureSearch efforts to bring an end to childhood cancer. The role introduces the incumbent to the key non-profit roles of donor services and fundraising while also lending experience in office administration. The Coordinator provides donor services assistance, represents the organization to the public by handling incoming telephone calls and national office visitors; researches and supports fundraising events; and generally keeps the national office facility and systems running smoothly.
Anticipated 20 hours of work per week at a rate of $16/hour. Hours of work shall be during business hours and adhere to a schedule, but that schedule will be set with every effort to accommodate the successful candidate’s preferences.
NATIONAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
1. Assist campaigns team in research for participant recruitment
2. Perform mail merges and distribution of promotional material
3. Assist event participants with changes to their fundraising websites
4. Provide data entry assistance as needed
