AtWork! is a nonprofit organization seeking an energetic Human Resources Associate: Talent Sourcing and Employee Retention to join our team. You will take the lead in building creative and innovation recruiting practices, working closely with a dynamic leadership team. You will help increase employee retention by supporting training and recordkeeping functions using an information management system that we will train you to use successfully. The ideal candidate understands our business and brings relationships from which to build a network of resources to fill open positions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience as a job developer, employment specialist or recruiter
- Established network and relationships from which you can attract talent to AtWork!
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Demonstrated team building and collaboration success a big plus
-Preferred: Bachelor of Arts Degree
-Minimum: Associate of Arts Degree
