The Annie E. Casey Foundation invites nominations and applications for the Senior Associate, Equity and Inclusion role. Reporting to the Director, Equity and Inclusion, the Senior Associate will partner closely with colleagues across the Foundation to integrate equity and inclusion into aspects of the Foundation. They will assist in developing tools and protocols that help Foundation staff embed equity-focused strategies into programmatic work and spotlight best practices and proof points across the Foundation and the field. As a thought partner for Foundation staff, grantees, and partners, the Senior Associate will identify opportunities to strengthen strategies, practices, communications, and policies.

Salary & Benefits: This position is full-time, exempt, and reports to the Director, Equity and Inclusion. Annie E. Casey offers a competitive total rewards package with an annual salary and comprehensive benefits.
Work Location: The person filling this position will work in the Foundation’s offices in Baltimore, Maryland, with overnight travel required up to 35% of the time.
