Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland, Inc., a premier provider of services to the aging, is committed to providing nutritious meals and support services to homebound individuals. Our dedicated staff and volunteers prepare and deliver over 1,000,000 nutritious meals a year. But Meals on Wheels is more than a meal - we also provide grocery shopping assistance, phone pals, companion visitors, pet food delivery and case management services to help our clients remain living safely and independently at home.
MOWCM’s annual budget exceeds $12M, and current staffing includes more than 100 employees, and nearly 2000 volunteers. The Director of Institutional and Corporate Giving reports to the Deputy Executive Director Development, Marketing/Communications. The Development Team also includes the Director of Individual Giving, Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, Events Manager and a part time data entry position.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
The Director of Institutional and Corporate Giving (DICG) manages all existing foundation and corporate relationships, while also cultivating emerging opportunities within the corporate and foundation community to increase support for Meals on Wheels and support the goals and activities of the Development, Marketing/Communications Department. This includes leading, directing, soliciting and stewarding foundations, corporations, government agencies and community organizations. This position participates as a member of the Development, Marketing/Communications Department in supporting its goals and activities, and works collaboratively with the Sr. Director, Marketing/Communications to develop website and social media strategies and calendars for execution. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience within the range of $75,000 to $80,000 and includes a generous benefits package we are proud to offer that includes:
