Works closely with association leadership to create and execute a consistent, coordinated, and integrated marketing and communications strategy, to grow brand awareness and increase membership engagement.
Major Functions & Responsibilities
Directly develops and/or supports the development of promotional activities, providing direct implementation and program oversight and external vendor liaison, including but not limited to temporary resourced contractors and Public Relations firm.
Proactively manages ACTE’s social media platforms, profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and any other channels which may be deemed relevant, creating social campaigns and shareable content appropriate for specific networks.
Manages timelines related to the marketing department's initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely data tracking and reporting for campaigns, lists and reports, and production activities such as advertising, email, signage, templates and social media.
Create, maintain and reinforces brand guidelines; edits products to adhere to these policies; proactively monitors how the brand is being applied appropriately.
Provides program management support; coordinates and develops power point presentations for both business development and event use.
Maintains market research and competitive data reports and calendar.
Drafts and uploads web content in the association's website management system.
Creates and maintains production schedule and marketing calendar for all messaging.
Edits and proofreads materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
Works with cross-functional teams including business development, education and events to produce and implement creative elements with consistent strategic messaging.
Establishes standardized approaches, priorities, and practices to organization-wide marketing and provides guidance in the development of multi-channel promotional plans and vehicles.
Manages content strategy to ensure consistent tone, branding and messaging across all internal and external marketing projects and works to identify cross-promotional opportunities.
Works with media partners
Track, measure and analyze initiatives and efforts for ROI and continuous improvement opportunities.
