Seneca Family of Agencies is a nonprofit agency that is dedicated to serving children and families throughout California and Washington. For over three decades, Seneca’s services, including mental health, education, permanency, and crisis support programs for youth and their families, have offered a simple promise to each youth and family we serve: no matter how profound the difficulties you face, we will be with you every step of the way.
We are currently seeking a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst to support and maintain our HR, Timekeeping, and Payroll processes within Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG; formerly UltiPro and Kronos). This position serves as the primary point of contact for employees, supervisors, human resources, and payroll team members in functions including system configuration, reporting, workflow administration, and implementation of future modules. Seneca is an innovative agency that is always seeking ways to improve the efficiency, equity, and accessibility of our services. If you enjoy the intersection of technology and human resources, if you have strong organizational and administrative skills, and if making complex systems user-friendly and productive is exciting to you, this could be the role for you!
Seneca Family of Agencies is committed to providing traditionally marginalized communities a network of outstanding mental health, community based, and educational services. We are committed to building a diverse staff and strongly encourages people of color to apply. Our programs are deeply engaged in conversations and trainings on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in order to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.
