The Southern Poverty Law Center seeks a skilled Digital Visualization/Multimedia Producer to join its Digital Department. The Digital Visualization/Multimedia Producer will be responsible for storytelling by presenting large amounts of information in ways that allow SPLC's digital audiences to interpret and identify patterns, trends, and correlations quickly. These representations include interactive maps, charts, dashboards, graphs, infographics, and other forms.
Reporting to the Digital Director, the Digital Visualization/Multimedia Producer will use visualization tools and software to communicate information across SPLC's digital platforms – including websites and social media platforms.
Additionally, this position will work with stakeholders to produce data visualizations and data mapping.
The incumbent should display a passion for transforming data into meaningful storytelling and innovation utilizing digital platforms to solve challenges related to mission-driven online campaigns and public education work.
