This position is located at our administrative office at Lloyd Corporate Plaza in NE Portland. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
The Director of Asset Management is a key member of the Cascadia Housing Property Management Team and works closely with Cascadia’s fiscal department. This position performs complex work involving the planning, analysis, and fiscal tracking of Cascadia-owned or managed properties. Additionally, the Fiscal Housing Analyst provides oversight of development costs, accounting, and analysis.
The Director of Asset Management promotes integrated care, our vision of trauma-informed and person-first approaches and helps create a work environment of inclusion, safety, and acceptance.
