Summary of Position
North Cascades Institute seeks a qualified, enthusiastic professional to become a member of our Operations team here at the Environmental Learning Center. Based at the Institute’s field campus in the North Cascades National Park (Diablo Lake), this position assists with housekeeping for the North Cascades Environmental Learning Center, which may serve up to 92 children and/or adults per day on a seven-day-a-week schedule, up to ten months a year. Supervised by the Housekeeping Coordinator, this position works closely with all other staff, partners and contractors to support a wide array of educational programs.
This is a temporary/seasonal, full time non-exempt position. The wage range is $14.00-$15.00 per hour and benefits include sick leave and holiday pay.
Shared rental housing may be available. Pets and smoking are not allowed on Campus but are allowed in the parking lot.

Job Duration & Work Schedule
September 1, 2021 (or sooner if necessary) - December 15, 2021 (Mondays and Tuesdays off).
*This position will be available again March-December 15 2022.
