The Community Based Treatment Provider III (CBTP) provides treatment for children/youth and their families within their community or via telehealth. Candidate will provide an array of services based on client need within the local community and the clients home through the Children’s Health and Behavioral Health Services program. Services may include skill building, mental health counseling and implementation of skills practice. Candidates must be able to travel in Erie and Niagara Counties as well as provide Telecare services. Applicants should have experience working with children who have behavioral, developmental or mental health needs. Work time will vary based on the availability of the children and families. Successful candidates enjoy a flexible schedule and thrive when offered autonomy in their work. Hillside offers a supportive team environment and consistent clinical supervision.
This is a full time position - 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday- 10:00-7:00 Flexible hours - Some Saturdays
Requirements: Master’s degree in a Human Service related area (Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, etc.) and 2 years’ experience working with children who have behavioral, developmental disabilities or mental health issues required. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience will also be considered. Candidates must be able to travel within Erie and possibly other counties in Western NY based on need.
