Program Managers support the development and delivery of a range of initiatives and resources that enable healthcare and community stakeholders to improve community health by addressing essential resource needs required to support health equity. Program Managers develop and apply their knowledge of essential resource integration with both healthcare and community stakeholders by executing on a range of programs/services – whether demonstration / spread-oriented, or learning / consulting-focused. In Regions, Program Managers run Health Leads’ direct service programs to define and demonstrate practices that support community-led health. Program Managers also support the development of learning and implementation guidance that stems from their work. Program Managers report to a Director, Program and in regions, they may manage front-line staff that support people to access the essential resources they need to be healthy.
