With only a few days left for applications, I wanted to invite you to share our virtual FFAC National Internship Program for students interested in the impacts of our modern food systems. Interns will explore the intersections of social justice, public health, animal rights, and sustainability.
The FFAC National College Intern Program is an online program with the Factory Farming Awareness Coalition (FFAC) for a nine-week time commitment during Fall 2020. Applications are due August 10, 2020, or until all spots are filled. We hope to recruit a diverse group of students from around the US (not just California!!) who will learn more about the impacts of factory farming, engage in active discussion, and participate in a variety of social change-making projects and nonprofit work. No experience necessary. There is also a highschool program as well! College interns are eligible to receive a $400 stipend.
Interested students, please visit ffacoalition.org/intern for more details and to apply today!
Contact Kiely Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding applications or general program inquiries.
