This is a full time position at 40 hours per week, working out of Cascadia's outpatient Health Centers in NE and SE Portland. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
The Primary Care Clinic Director is responsible for the oversight of primary care and alternative medical services integrated within three outpatient community behavioral health clinics and throughout Cascadia’s residential and community-based behavioral health services. Position responsibilities include development of innovative programs, financial management, establishing and maintaining good internal departmental and external community relations, program operations, hiring, training, development and termination of employees, program oversight, risk management, and quality improvement. This position builds and sustains a collaborative leadership team to achieve Key Performance Metrics (patient access and satisfaction, health outcome, process and productivity, financial) and other organizational objectives. The Primary Care Clinic Director provides day to day leadership at the Health Centers and is responsible for the supervision of all primary care clinic operations to ensure that the site operates effectively, efficiently and consistent with the patient centered primary care model of healthcare delivery, focusing on the organization’s mission, vision and values.
