COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Marketing & Communications Director
Position Status: Part-Time/30 Hours a Week, Non-Exempt
The Communications and Marketing Director leads strategic communications and marketing initiatives that foster the school’s vision and mission. They are responsible for developing and implementing the school’s overall communications and marketing plans, including strategic planning, reporting, budgeting, and key branding and messaging objectives. They oversee both internal and external messaging for critical school communication. The ideal candidate will care deeply about the Aurora School mission, love children, and seek the opportunity to innovate and bring new ideas to the school.
