About the Organization
National Children’s Alliance (NCA) is the national association and accrediting body for Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs). Formed in 1988, NCA has been providing support, technical assistance, and quality assurance for CACs, while serving as a voice for abused children for more than 25 years.
The Coordinator of Information Technology manages the NCAtrak redevelopment projects from its planning and budgeting stages to final production; manages and implements marketing strategies and sales; oversees the maintenance of the system and the ongoing training and customer support; manages the NCAtrak data usage and analysis; oversees the NCA IT vendor. This position has supervisory responsibilities.
