The Vice President, Human Resources will direct and manage all HR areas including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, training & development, payroll, compensation, benefits, performance management, HR systems, staff appreciation programs, succession planning and regulatory compliance. This position will be responsible for managing an HR team that supports the work of a geographically dispersed, across-three-time zones, 24/7 organization – most notably our 35 hostels around the country that attract nearly one million overnights from both US and international travelers (100+ countries).
