The Relief Coordinator provides and schedules on-call relief coverage for the Homeless Youth Services (Willamette Bridge Programs) in Portland, Oregon. The position provides 24-7 relief coverage for staff at Bridge House, Street Light, Porch Light, and Access Center during planned and unplanned absences. The position provides individualized youth care, planning, supervision of daily routine, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and close intensive supervision of clients. The position provides a range of crisis intervention and residential services to transition age homeless youth, runaway adolescents and their families.
SCHEDULE: The schedule will vary weekly depending on the needs of the program and includes day, swing, and overnight shifts plus a mandatory staff meeting every Thursday from 9:15am-10:30am. The schedule may be adjusted according to the needs of the program. This position is guaranteed 30 hours a week and is eligible to work additional shifts, including approved overtime as needed.
