Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Reports To: Director of Programs (Interim Executive Director)
Status: Part-Time: Evenings & Weekends. 10-23 hrs/week, $18/hr
Date: September 15th – December 15th 2018 – with possibility for renewal
Position Overview: The Customer Service Assistant will provide crucial customer service support on evenings and weekends, primarily through phone support. They will work closely with The Crucible Registrar to ensure all customers receive quality assistance and all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
This is a highly self-motivated position, working mostly individually but with varied staff and departments. Are you the customer driven, tech-savvy multi-tasker we are looking for?
