The National Psoriasis Foundation is a dynamic and growing non-profit dedicated to finding a cure for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Headquartered in Portland, OR, the Foundation is seeking a full time, professional, self-motivated and organized individual to serve as our Medical Programs Coordinator. This individual will have the opportunity to handle a broad range of tasks in providing administrative and program support activities for our medical programs department. Responsibilities include tracking and coordinating professional memberships and renewals; assisting with professional membership marketing and recruiting; maintaining professional membership webpages; managing the Health Care provider directory; coordinating emails to professional members; and managing physician literature orders. This position will also help with coordinating our Medical Board meetings, planning logistics, developing materials, agendas, and minutes; assisting with recognition activities; and providing administrative and logistic support for our medical education programing / activities.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years in combined experience in administrative assistance and customer service skills. Responsibilities include proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products; excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to multi task and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate must be team orientated and work collaboratively with a wide variety of people. Position requires overnight travel.
