The Deputy Director of Human Resources will help the organization to attract, recruit and retain the best possible talent. The Deputy Director, HR will lead full cycle recruitment hiring for all departments and program areas at the Center. They will maintain and build systems, processes and relationships necessary to generate a talent pipeline, and will assist the Director of Human Resources to improve employee relations. This role requires strong internal consultative skills, patience, flexibility, a broad set of human resources skills, and a strong desire to be hands on and take initiative.
