RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Honeycomb’s multi-generational volunteer projects. Events typically occur on Saturdays and Sundays in the morning or afternoon (4-5 hours per event). • Deliver exceptional events - ensuring a satisfying experience for volunteer families and partner organizations alike. • Effectively motivate and manage a team of adult volunteers, support staff and volunteer families. • Oversee and manage all day-of event logistics including set-up, break down and pickup/delivery of supplies and donations.

REQUIREMENTS • Four-year college degree preferred • Must be willing to work a minimum of 1-2 projects/month (Saturdays or Sundays) • Event management/program management or teaching experience required • Experience working with children or families preferred • Enjoy hands-on projects such as gardening, cooking and crafting • Must have reliable transportation • Background check required
COMPENSATION Event Manager- $75/event; 4-5 hour commitment Manager-in-Training - $55/event (4-6 projects)
