BILINGUAL REQUIRED LICENSED-ELIGIBLE CLINICIAN

Status: Full Time, $45760-51,012 + $1500 Bilingual Differential, excellent benefits
Specific Responsibilities: Provide trauma-informed assessment, treatment planning, service coordination for LGBTQ youth and their caregivers. Report to Program Manager.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Licensed-eligible in marriage and family therapy or social work and currently registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. In addition, this person shall have a minimum of two years’ experience working with youth under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician and two years’ experience working with cross disciplinary teams. Experience working with LGBTQ youth and young adults. Knowledge of co-occurring disorders treatment is also required. Must be able to pass clearance for working with Minors including drug test, TB test, and background check. Must have good driving record and willing to use own, properly insured vehicle for the job. Knowledge of the LGBTQ youth population in San Diego and committed to cultural awareness. Must be willing to develop or possess working knowledge of trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis treatment; experience working in trauma-informed and dual diagnosis programs preferred.
