Wayfinder Family Services (Wayfinder), formally known as Junior Blind, is currently seeking a Director for our Group Homes program to provide leadership, oversight, accountability and direction for the residential and operational functions of our Group Homes (3 Children & 2 Adult Homes). The job focuses on creating program activities and providing an instructional training environment in order for the consumers’ to maintain and improve their independent living skills, orientation and mobility techniques, and be part of a social recreational program.
The Director of Group Homes reports directly to the Senior Director of Programs and serves as a member of Wayfinder’s Leadership Team. This is an exempt position.
