What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to plan, organize and coordinate all training activities for Crystal Stairs staff, to include analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Ensure consistency of training in meeting the Agency's strategic objectives and goals. Provide expert consultation, analysis, facilitation, research and project management in all areas related to the education, talent management, performance management, training and development of Crystal Stairs employees. The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
