  Job Description

A non-profit housing company based in Santa Monica is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to supporting their leasing and occupancy team for about 3-4 months. In this role you will be helping with lease verifications, drafting letters to tenants, mass mailers, filing, and additional general administrative support. They are looking for someone who feels comfortable within Word, Excel and has experience with 10-key data entry. The general office hours for this are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with every other Friday off. The pay on this position is between $16-18 DOE
