What We're Looking For:
Crystal Stairs, Inc. seeks an Administrative Specialist who oversees and performs all administrative functions for the CFO and Finance Department and acts as the primary contact/liaison for both internal and external clients including the CEO, and other Executives and Board members. In this role the Administrative Specialist will assist in the management of the CFO's office, including answering phone calls, file maintenance and organization, preparing documents, composing routine correspondence and announcements, receiving visitors, faxing/receiving messages and correspondence, expediting mail handling assist with general and Board meeting planning and implementation; including creating and distributing meeting agendas, materials, minutes and notes. The Administrative Specialist will create and maintain confidential financial, corporate and general files, and time keeping records. Perform other duties as assigned.
