A West Los Angeles Non-Profit is in search of an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a fast paced role requiring 4+ years of administrative experience. Duties for the role include working as the gatekeeper, coordinating communication with internal departments, supporting the board of directors by preparing minutes for board meetings, creation of agendas, drafting of letters and documents, reviewing contracts, and preparing presentations in Powerpoint for meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience working heavily in MS Office as well as supporting a C-Level Executive. This role pays up to 80K DOE.
