This position is responsible for overall provision of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Interventions for all clients of BARC Housing in all settings (BARC and ARC Broward’s ADT). The Coordinator will ensure program compliance with agency and regulatory standards and procedures including, but not limited to, AHCA Guidelines and CARF Standards. The Coordinator will participate in the development of new programs to meet identified needs and trends in the field of behavior analysis and will develop program procedures and practices along with assuring appropriate staff receive the necessary training.
A minimum of two years’ experience in Behavior Analysis
A minimum of two years’ experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities
Commensurate with experience.
